The Early signs of pregnancy which you are bound to have the moment you become pregnancy is tendering of breast. Your breast will become tender and swell with some soreness. It will be very vivid when you are going to sleep, you will find it a little uncomfortable to sleep.

While breast changes may also signal that your period's on its way, darkening aerolas is pretty much early signs of pregnancy. Early pregnancy hormones can cause the aerolas to darken in color and increase in diameter soon after sperm and egg hook up. Also, the tiny bumps on the aerolas may become more pronounced and increase in size.

Cause: changes in the breasts and nipples are believed because of the higher amount of pregnancy hormones produced in early pregnancy, which can lead to increased blood flow and eventually cause changes to the breast tissues. Other possible explanation to this Early sign of pregnancy could be due to the fact that the moment you conceive, your body begins to prepare your breasts to produce milk as well as breastfeeding.

How to deal: wear your most supportive bra to bed if you need to help ease discomfort.

Fatigue and feeling tired is one of the early signs of pregnancy that most women experience. You used to stay awake up late but you suddenly will start going to bed earlier than usual. You will also find getting out of bed in the morning very difficult. For many women, tiredness continues through the first trimester, but then ends in the second.

Cause: the pregnancy hormones work again, expending tons of energy to build placenta - the life support system for your baby. During early pregnancy, levels of the hormone progesterone soar which can put you to sleep.

How to deal: don't treat fatigue with excessive caffeine if there is a chance you may be pregnant. Listen to your body, take it easy, and try to keep well-rested. If you are certain you are pregnant, it is good to let your coworkers or partners to know that you actually need to have naps.

Most pregnant women start to experience morning sickness (which unfortunately can occur morning, noon, and night). Morning sickness is closely associated with nausea and it is on its own an early sign of pregnancy. For nausea can come anytime but morning is usually the heaviest time since your stomach is usually empty in the morning, that's why nausea in early pregnancy is often referred to morning sickness.

About half of women with nausea feel complete relief by the beginning of the second trimester. For most others, it takes another month or so for the queasiness to ease up.

Cause: there are no clear causes or nausea in early pregnancy but many experts believe that the rising level of progesterone and HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) are the major cause. Furthermore, stress may be another possible cause.

This symptom may start as early as six weeks into your first trimester. Frequent urination will continue as your pregnancy progresses.
Cause: hormonal changes prompt a chain of events that raise the rate of blood flow through your kidneys. This causes your bladder to fill more quickly. The uterus grows and pushes on the bladder, triggering the urge to urinate more often.

How to deal: there is no way to avoid this, but going to the bathroom right before bed may allow you to get a little more sleep.

Backache with soreness, stiffness, and pain  may not be an immediate sign but is one of early signs of pregnancy. It starts early in your pregnancy and worsen until you give birth.

Cause: although uncomfortable and frustrating, backache is most often simply a result of your ligaments loosening to allow your body to accommodate your growing baby. Relaxin hormone causes your ligaments to stretch and to joint to loosen and you've got backache. Moreover, your growing uterus shifts your center of gravity forward, putting even more pressure on your lower back.

How to deal: take breaks by walking or standing and stretching at least once an hour. Sitting too long can make your back hurt even more. Try not to stand too long. If you work on your feet, try to place one foot on a low stool to take some pressure off your lower back. More info how to deal, click here.

Your basal body temperature is your oral temperature when you first wake up in the morning. It's normal to have an increased body temperature at ovulation. One of early signs of pregnancy is your basal body temperature staying elevated after ovulation is completed and remaining elevated through when your period should begin. This temperature rises within 1-2 days after ovulation and remains at that level until your next period. This is also called a "biphasic" curve.   A typical ovulatory biphasic curve with a temperature elevated longer than 15-16 days usually means that you're pregnant as is among the early signs of pregnancy.
